Celebrating the 4th

Here is our front porch looking Patriotic!

We had a great 4th of July weekend. We got to spend lots of time with all the family.
Bryce had two roommates from college who came to stay with us.
Friday morning, he and Derek gathered some friends and
they all floated down the Snoqualmie river.

Getting ready to go!

In the afternoon we went to Lake Sammamish with Aaron, Kira and their friends and Angela and her girls. Everyone had fun on the boat, the jet skis and playing in the sand.

It was a perfectly hot day to enjoy the beach.
We took a picnic.

Saturday morning we had a pancake breakfast at the church. It was for 2 wards-
So Angela and Scott and family were also there.

The Bishoprics looking very festive!

Angela, her children and friends

After the breakfast, we went to the Parade in Bothell with Barrett and Beckie and then had a barbecue for Bryce, Derek and their friends. Andrew and Emily joined us.
Then we all went to the fireworks in Sammamish.

Sunday, the kids came to dinner.
Here are some of the family who have birthdays in July!
Happy Birthday!

Don't worry, there was more dessert! Beckie made brownie cupcakes,
Angela made a fruit pizza and Andrew and Emily made cotton candy!

After dinner, we had a tug-of -war to see who was the strongest.

It was another beautiful day in the Northwest!
